How to order your repeat prescription from S R Pharmacy
Order through the Pharmappy app, the web or your GP surgery, then collect from Kings Furlong. Here's the quickest way to set it up.
Set it up once and every repeat after that takes a couple of taps.
Step 1: Choose us as your nominated pharmacy
Most prescriptions are now sent electronically from your GP surgery straight to the pharmacy you've nominated. To choose S R Pharmacy, you can:
- ask us at the counter, and we'll do it for you;
- ask your GP surgery's prescriptions team; or
- change your nominated pharmacy in the NHS App.
Step 2: Order your repeats
- The Pharmappy app (free on the App Store and Google Play). Order, track each item and get reminders when you're due. Sign in with NHS login and choose S R Pharmacy.
- Pharmappy on the web. No app? Use the same service in your browser on any device.
- Your GP surgery. Order through your surgery as usual, and it will be sent to us.
Step 3: Collect from Kings Furlong
Pharmappy shows when your items are ready. Then pop in: we're open Monday to Friday 9am–6pm and Saturday 9am–5pm.

Common questions
How far ahead should I order? Leave a few working days for your surgery to approve the request and for us to prepare it, so order before you run low.
Can someone else collect for me? Yes. They'll need to know your name and address.
